Leah Lucchese is the Operations Manager at A4E where she oversees the firm’s complete operations from recruiting to financials, as well as policy, process, planning, and strategy. She facilitates a cohesive office environment and workflow, while encouraging a fun and respectful office culture. Prior to joining A4E, Leah was the Revenue Cycle Director at Pacific Shores Hospital, where she was extensively involved in budgeting, planning, reporting, policy implementation, and interpretation of legal and regulatory documents.
